How Weekly Table Works

You tell us your preferences and the recipes you love. We build your complete meal plan in seconds, grocery list included. No more guessing at 5pm what to make for dinner.

Your first four steps

  • Generate a plan. Open the Meal Planner and tap Regenerate. The app fills your week with meals based on your preferences. It takes about three seconds.
  • Lock what you love. See a meal you want to keep? Tap the lock icon on that slot. Locked meals stay put every time you regenerate.
  • Swap what does not work. Not feeling a particular dinner? Tap the swap icon. We will suggest something different. Keep swapping until the week feels right.
  • Save and shop. Happy with your week? Tap Save Plan. Your grocery list is ready with everything you need for the meals you planned.
